Aggressive Where It Counts!
So far, I've been really impressed with the Nitto Nomad Grapplers. They definitely have a more aggressive feel and produce more road noise at highway speeds than some of their competitors, so they may not be the quietest choice if most of your driving is on pavement. Handling has been great in both dry and rainy conditions, with the tires feeling planted and predictable. I haven't had the opportunity to test them in snow yet, so the jury is still out on winter performance. Where these tires really shine, though, is off the beaten path. On gravel and loose soil, they seem to instantly dig in and find traction. Despite their shortcomings on the highway, the added noise and aggressive tread feel like a worthwhile trade-off once the pavement ends.
