These are what's called 4 season / all weather and not your typical 3 season (weak on snow and ice) These are outstanding tires on my 2017 sienna and mini van -- I swopped out the run flats the day I got it. They are amazing in the slush, Very good in snow, decent on ice, good in the wet and dry. The only downside is you will only get 35k miles out of these, but I don't need to swop out tires for the ski season / summer so that saves money. Get these if you drive say 5% of your miles in severe winter conditions. These are as good as Mitchelins at 3/4's the price.

The high-performance Nokian Tyres Nordman WR SUV tires provide excellent grip on snowy, dry, and wet surfaces. Their asymmetrical tread pattern features a continuous center rib to improve ride comfort as well as handling and stability. Chamfered Slush Edges on the inner tread and polished grooves provide excellent slush grip. On wet and snowy surfaces, the 3D sipes enhance handling. A special tread compound delivers excellent grip even in freezing conditions.
