I purchased a set of Cosmo Mud Kicker tires for my 2021 Jeep Gladiator through SimpleTire. The tires were professionally installed, rotated, balanced, and maintained throughout their life, with documentation for all maintenance and even a front-end alignment performed only about 500 miles after installation. Despite that, two of the four tires developed severe cupping, vibration issues, and bald/chopped tread areas long before they should have worn out. The other two tires remained comparatively normal under the exact same driving and maintenance conditions. I submitted extensive documentation including: * Installation records * Rotation and balancing history * Alignment records * Full tire photos * Third-party inspection reports A VIP Tire inspection report even noted that the tires appeared potentially faulty. Cosmo/Tire Group International denied the warranty claim anyway, categorizing everything as "vehicle-related irregular wear." During the process, the responses felt very scripted and focused on denying the claim rather than seriously evaluating the evidence provided. The only "courtesy" offered by the manufacturer was a general public discount code that anyone can find online. To SimpleTire's credit, their customer service team remained professional and responsive throughout the process, even though they ultimately had to follow the manufacturer's decision. Based on my experience, I will not purchase Cosmo tires or other Tire Group International (TGI) brands again.

I am a commercial snowplower for 25 years and have tried several different tires for snowplowing the cosmo mud kicker is the best tire I have ran for all snowy conditions yet. I have ran the most expensive and the cheapest and I will be buying these again hands down.
I have only put around 4000 miles on them haven't even rotated yet and they are already cupping and sounds like a wheel bearing going out which is not the case cus i just replaced them, not to mention it only ride with 28psi in my 35 12.50 20s on my jeep wrangler jk.
My girlfriend has to get her tires balanced every 3 months. They told her if it happens again they will warranty them and give her a new set of tires. That was a lie. I would recommend you buy Nitto tires that I have used for years and have had no issues
I've had the tires for about a month now and so far I love them. I haven't had a chance to test them out in mud but on my daily driver, they are great. Would recommend buying them.
These tires clean out great in the mud and handle great on the highway and so far they are wearing perfectly.
