First off, I did not buy these. They were factory installed tires from the dealership. I am not an aggressive driver at all. My wife calls me grandpa in fact. Dry conditions, they are ok. Under normal operation (my grandpa style of driving) they have broken traction multiple times accelerating from stop lights/signs. Just a little chirp here and there. WET conditions are HORENDOUS. Loss of traction from almost every stop especially over painted areas like cross walks or stop behind lines. Today was the last straw. I was approaching a stop light as normal, when all of a sudden it felt as if I was on ice. I live in south FL and it's 72 degrees currently. It's not the truck. ABS and traction control all work as supposed to. It's not the power. These 5.3's are amazing motors, but severely de-tuned and restricted. I grew up drag racing with my family. We have ran all sorts of tires on the street and strip. I have always driven my daily vehicles with care as I know all too well the maintenance required when something breaks, much less to keep a dependable vehicle on the road. Just my 2 cents, but I will be replacing ASAP.
