Have had the tires about 4 months. Maybe it's just poor luck, but had 2 nails already and ruined one tire on some other "road hazard" (1" wide slice). So maybe kinda soft, but so far tread wear has been good for vehicle spending 30% of the time on gravel. Traction was great in winter, they ride good and are quiet. Biggest complaint, as soon as tires were put on, dropped 3mpg. Tried airing up close to max tire psi, still can't get the mpg out of them.

one of our fleet trucks a v8 f150 is hard on the rear tires, our previous set of Falken WildPeaks' lasted barely 20,000 on the back of the truck. unsure wether or not it was a heavy-footed driver or soft tires we put a cheaper tire on the truck. The armstrong tru-trac's have been holding up great. We have two sets in service on 4x4 1/2 ton trucks, the winter traction is way better than expected the only complaint has been from one driver that the tires are noisy. The tires have been wearing better than expected as well. overall a lot of Bang for the Buck, Good Tires!
